This is a narrow summary of the PCAPs currently present under `packet-capture/`, to avoid accidentally treating them as the “weeklong latest proof” captures.

Implication
These PCAPs are useful for demonstrating parts of the *local capture/proxy environment*, but they do not currently provide endpoint-level evidence for Shortwave/Graph/Rupload exfiltration claims.
If the “weeklong” PCAPs exist elsewhere in the repo (or outside it), those are the files that will support the final “PCAP proves transmission” claim by showing egress flows to the relevant Meta endpoints (or QUIC flows consistent with them) correlated to mic activation evidence.
